If Scinta isn't for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or subscription renewal - no lengthy justification needed.
How to request a refund
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. The fastest way to request a refund is through Paddle's support portal at paddle.net - you'll need the email address you used at checkout. You can also email us at hello@scinta.app and we'll help you with the process.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling is separate from refunding: you can cancel your subscription at any time, and Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period. No further charges are made after cancellation.
